I can not hear any of my stems?
Make sure the correct audio interface is on. Check to see: | Live>Preferences>Audio>Audio Output Device> select the one you need. Also make sure the outputs are turned on. Check to see: | Live>Preferences>Audio>Audio Output Device>Output Config>turn all of them on.
All my stems are in the same channel?
Make sure that the A-Monitor (the bright red channel at the end of the channel strip) is off. This helps to hear the stems when not plugged into an interface. We recommend only turning this on when needed, like listening to the tracks without an interface.
All Media Files are missing?
Make sure that the whole file was downloaded properly onto the machine. Also double check to ensure that the als. file that is the actual session is in the same folder as the sample and multitracks used to build the session. Try downloading the folder again and leaving everything in the same folder.
